We take care of all permitting and inspections to ensure a smooth process. If an architect is involved, they are typically responsible for managing permits. This will be clarified during the early stages of the project. Regardless, our clients can rest assured that this aspect will be fully handled on their behalf!

During the design phase, you’ll receive weekly updates on the progress. Throughout construction, you’ll receive daily updates in Buildertrend, including photos, videos, and a summary of the work completed each day we are on-site.

Yes, our current financing allows for up to $200k and 21 months interest free. Qualification is required.

Before we break ground, we will provide a detailed cost breakdown. All of our pricing is guaranteed, with no surprises or hidden fees. The only exception is if we run into unforeseen circumstances outside of our scope of work or there are change orders requested.

Our first initial consultations are complimentary! 

Once the project is complete, we will provide you with a comprehensive guide that includes everything we’ve created, such as floorplans, renderings, mood boards, paint specifications, finishes, care instructions, and our contact information.

  5. Client Feedback: After the presentation, we’ll send you the design for review. You’ll have the opportunity to provide markups, thoughts, and edits.
  6. Refinements: Our team will incorporate your feedback, update the renderings, and make any necessary reselections to ensure the design aligns with your expectations.
  7. Final Approval: Once the updates are complete, we’ll send the revised design back to you for final approval, ensuring every detail meets your satisfaction before moving forward.
