Do you offer warranties or guarantees for your work?
Yes, we offer warranties on both our labor and manufacturer product warranties. Our warranties vary depending on the specific service or product, but we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials.
Who handles permits and inspections?
We take care of all permitting and inspections to ensure a smooth process. If an architect is involved, they are typically responsible for managing permits. This will be clarified during the early stages of the project. Regardless, our clients can rest assured that this aspect will be fully handled on their behalf!
How often am I updated on the project’s progress?
During the design phase, you’ll receive weekly updates on the progress. Throughout construction, you’ll receive daily updates in Buildertrend, including photos, videos, and a summary of the work completed each day we are on-site.
Do you offer financing options or payment plans?
Yes, our current financing allows for up to $200k and 21 months interest free. Qualification is required.
Do you provide detailed cost estimates before starting?
Before we break ground, we will provide a detailed cost breakdown. All of our pricing is guaranteed, with no surprises or hidden fees. The only exception is if we run into unforeseen circumstances outside of our scope of work or there are change orders requested.
Are consultations FREE?
Our first initial consultations are complimentary!
Will you provide maintenance or support after the project is complete?
Once the project is complete, we will provide you with a comprehensive guide that includes everything we’ve created, such as floorplans, renderings, mood boards, paint specifications, finishes, care instructions, and our contact information.

- Design Phase: Our design team gets to work, carefully selecting materials, furnishings, and finishes. We create a full presentation that includes renderings, mood boards, and a cohesive design plan.
- In-Person Presentation: During the design presentation, we meet in person to walk you through the proposed design. This meeting is a collaborative conversation where you can see and feel samples firsthand and share your thoughts.
- Client Feedback: After the presentation, we’ll send you the design for review. You’ll have the opportunity to provide markups, thoughts, and edits.
- Refinements: Our team will incorporate your feedback, update the renderings, and make any necessary reselections to ensure the design aligns with your expectations.
- Final Approval: Once the updates are complete, we’ll send the revised design back to you for final approval, ensuring every detail meets your satisfaction before moving forward.

Are there any hidden fees or unexpected costs I should be aware of?
Our pricing is guaranteed for our scope of work, with no additional costs or hidden fees within the scope of work. The only exceptions are unforeseen circumstances or changes requested after the contracts have been finalized.
Do you offer storage solutions during the renovation process?
